Cookie Policy
FinAiQ uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We use only the browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
1. What we use
Cookies and browser storage (such as local storage) are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser. FinAiQ uses them only where the service needs them:
- Sign-in session — keeps you signed in and protects your account. Kept until you sign out or it expires.
- Workspace and preferences — remembers the workspace you chose, your language, and layout choices such as a collapsed sidebar. Kept until you clear your browser data.
2. Third-party services
- Google Fonts — our pages load their typefaces from Google, so your browser sends Google its IP address and browser details when it requests them.
- Razorpay — only the billing page in the app loads Razorpay's checkout, so payments work. When you pay, Razorpay may use cookies or similar technologies to process the payment and prevent fraud; see Razorpay's privacy policy. The public website doesn't load it.
- Accounting software sign-in — when you connect Xero, QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books, you sign in on their website, where their own cookie policies apply.
3. What we don't use
We don't use advertising or remarketing cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
4. Your choices
You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Because FinAiQ only uses what it needs, blocking them will sign you out and stop the app from working properly.
